intro for your first 90 days
Then 5% of gross on loads we book and you accept. At 365 days we review volume and reliability — strong partners stay at 5%; issues or low utilization may adjust between 5–9% with written notice. Details in the fee schedule & agreement.
After year one
High booking volume and clean ops keep you at 5%. Chronic unavailability or reschedules can move the rate within 5–9% — always in writing first.
